Our Blachly-Lane SmartHub Online Account Management System allows you to securely pay your bill from your computer or mobile device. You may also check your electric energy use and manage multiple aspects of your account. To sign up, just visit the New User Registration page, to quickly set up an account for on-the-go bill paying. If you prefer to manage your account from your mobile device, you can download the SmartHub iOS App for iPhone or iPad or the SmartHub for Android App for Android devices.

Payment Kiosk
Our payment kiosk located near the front door of our offices will accept cash, checks, and credit card payments 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, every day of the year. Follow the simple prompts on the kiosk and your payment will be applied to your account immediately.
Pay by Phone
Members may pay by phone on our toll-free secure payment line at (844) 209-7163. This payment option is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Have your Blachly-Lane account number ready when calling.
Pay Now
Our Pay Now online option is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and does not require registration. To use the Pay Now option, visit the payment site and enter the account number and the last name on the account. This is a payment only option.
Auto-Pay Program
Auto-Pay automatically deducts your electric bill payment from your checking account or your Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card on the 20th of each month, ensuring you of our monthly $3 prompt payment credit.
To sign up for Auto-Pay, call our secure pay by phone line at (844) 209-7163 or log in to the SmartHub Online Account Management system. .
Note: The Auto-Pay program takes one billing cycle to begin the automatic payment process. Pay your account in full this month and, if your account is put on auto-pay prior to the 20th of the current month, your next month’s bill will be paid automatically.
