Paperless billing is an option that many members enjoy. To activate paperless billing:
- Create a SmartHub account or log into your existing account on our SmartHub Account Management System.
- Select the “Manage My Registered Account” option from the Quick Links menu (on the left).
- Select “Update My Printed Bill Settings” from the next menu displayed.
- Click the “Printed Bill Status” field and answer yes to stop receiving printed bills.
It will be important to watch for your monthly E-Bill email message alerting you to log into SmartHub. New billing information is available by the 5th of each month. You may also log into SmartHub 24/7, independent from receiving the E-Bill email. Paperless billing still allows you to pay by mail, phone, Auto-Pay, and in-person as well as on the SmartHub system. If you try our paperless option and then decide you would like to restart paper statements, just reverse the process above or call (541) 688-8711 or (800) 446-8418.
