Outage Map Information: Members can view the Outage Map above for real-time outage statistics overlaid on a map of our service territory. When an outage is reported, a dot appears on the map. The dots do not mark a specific location (for privacy reasons), but a general location within your area. As more members call in outages, the dots on the map expand to show the scope of the outage. Map views can be changed on the Member Summary to filter by substations, districts, or cities.
*Note: When viewing the outage map on a mobile device, the Member Summary information may hide the map. To view the map, tap the 3-bar menu symbol and select Member Summary (or use the X to the right of the summary title). To bring the summary back up, tap the 3-bar menu symbol again and select Member Summary.
Members are our best outage information source, so please report outages or hazardous conditions in our service territory on SmartHub, or by calling 541-688-8711 or 1-800-446-8418, all available 24/7. Citizens are also encouraged to contact law enforcement directly if they see suspicious behavior or vandalism in their community.
