The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Red Flag Warning for Oregon Fire Weather Zone 685. This warning is in effect from 2 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, August 21st, and affects parts of Blachly-Lane Electric Cooperative’s system.
Blachly-Lane is already using wildfire safety settings for the current fire season, but we may need to implement additional safety protocols in our fire zone area. Wildfire safety settings increase the chances of unplanned outages happening without additional notice. Your safety is our top priority- protecting you, our crews, your property, and the electric system we all share.
