Homes that qualify for a rebate include:
- New Construction Homes qualify for the Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) rebate.
- In existing site built & manufactured homes, the heat pump water heater must replace an electric storage water heater.
- Only one HPWH per site location.

Before Installation: Pre-Approval
An on-site visit is not required prior to installation to qualify for the rebate. However, you or your contractor must submit the Heat Pump Water Heater Rebate Application before installation for pre-installation approval.
After Installation: Final Documentation
You or your contractor must submit a final invoice to Blachly-Lane Efficiency Services. The final invoice must include the date of the installation. Blachly-Lane may do a follow-up inspection on your new ductless heat pump. If you are chosen for an inspection, you will be contacted beforehand to schedule a day/time with a Blachly-Lane field representative.
Member Rebate Checks
After Blachly-Lane receives your completed application and final invoice, it will take approximately 8 to 10 weeks for rebate checks to be issued and mailed. Call (888) 883-9879 with additional questions.
