Paperless billing is an option that many members enjoy.
To activate paperless billing:
2. Select the "Stop / Start Print Bill" option from the green side menu.
3. Uncheck the box adjacent to the "Send Me A Statement By Mail" message. (Please note — checking this box will stop/start paper statements from being mailed to you.)
4. Click the update button.
It will be important to watch for your monthly E-Bill email message alerting you to log in to E-Bill. New billing information is available on the 5th of each month. You may also log into E-Bill 24/7, independent from receiving the E-Bill email. Paperless billing still allows you to pay by mail, phone and in person as well as on the E-Bill system. If you try our paperless option and then decide you would like to restart paper statements, just reverse the process above or call 541-688-8711 or 1-800-446-8418.
